FAQ'S

Please look over the frequently asked questions as well as the terms and conditions prior to booking services, purchasing services, and or  asking questions.  

  • What are your business hours?
    Business hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm CST Please Allow up to 24 - 48 business hours to receive a response. Business is closed on weekends and all holidays.
  • May I have a refund?
    Please understand that under no circumstances will a refund be provided for any services. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Although payments are NON-REFUNDABLE I will offer credit for projects that have not already been started. Your credit will only be valid for 90 days.
  • How many revisions may I receive once my project is completed?
    You are allowed up to 3 revisions for any project. All revisions must be submitted within the first week of your design being completed. After 3 revisions, there will be a fee for a completely new design. If you do not request changes within the first week of your design being completed, you will have to pay for an entirely new design. I cannot stress the importance of providing as much information as possible prior to your project being started. It is imperative to be as detailed and accurate as possible when filling out the design form.
  • May I speak to someone directly prior to purchasing/booking?

  • Can I place a project on hold?
    You are allowed to put your project on hold for up to 3 months after the date the date of purchase. After 3 months your project is cancelled with no refund.
  • What is the turnaround time?
    The time frame for the completion of your order is based upon the type of job and the order in which it was received. Smaller jobs such as basic logos have the expected time frame of 1-2 weeks and larger jobs such as branding packages and website may take 2-3 weeks. All orders are completed in the order in which they were received. Once the order is confirmed I will let you know the timeframe for your specified order. I do not start any jobs prior to receiving all the necessary information and or photos needed to do the job. If you need something completed sooner than my standard timeframe I can expedite any job for an extra fee. Please read the terms and conditions for further information.
  • I am unsure what theme or concept I want, do you freestyle?
    Yes, I do freestyle. However, it will be mandatory to schedule a video or regular phone call prior to all free-styling services. A call is necessary to get to know you as a client and to get a feel for you and your business. I will provide you with ideas as well as receive feedback to help narrow down your wants and needs. The design process will be a collaborative process; I value your input and want to assure you are satisfied. Please Note I will not generate your business name or taglines you must already have part figured out. Disclaimer: Please keep in mind when you request a freestyle, our creative visions/styles may not match or align. This may lead to multiple revisions, and sometimes disagreements between the client and I. The goal is to provide a design you love and are satisfied with therefore it is best to have at least a small concept for us to work with.
  • How do I book?
    All services can be booked directly on this site under the “booking” tab located at the top of the page. If you have problems for any reason, please send an email to info@thefoxformula.com
  • What is the payment process?
    You can check out directly on the website under the “services” tab. All services must be paid before the design process begins.
  • How can we communicate with you?
    All important communication must be made via email. General questions can be asked via social media however it is not guaranteed that you will get a response in a timely manner. We strongly encourage you to review the website before asking questions.
  • Are rush orders available?
    Yes, for a fee we can rush any order. The fee is determined at the time of the request and depends upon what you need and how soon you need it. All payments for rush fees will be made through a custom invoice.
  • Where do I start?
    Before purchasing services, you must have a vision of what you want. A vision includes but is not limited to; color schemes, fonts, layouts, images to be used, etc. If you do not know where to start, you may book a consultation. After you have a clear idea of what you want for your project, you shall purchase your services. After Purchasing your services you will have to fill out our Project development form. After filling out the form please double-check all information provided, especially your contact information. If your contact info is incorrect or you fail to fill out the form, your services may be canceled or pushed to the end of our cue. Once your form is filled out you will receive a confirmation email confirming we have received your completed form or to let you know there’s information or materials we may need. Please make sure you send the original logo file and all logo files must have a transparent background
  • What to expect after purchase?
    After you purchase any services you will receive an email confirmation with a time frame as well as a follow up to assure you have filled out the questionnaire and know what materials need to be sent in if you haven't done so already.
  • How many proofs do I receive?
    You will receive 2-3 proofs. All sample proofs will include a watermark. You are allowed to choose one final design that you would like to keep. Once you decide which sample you like, I will provide a non-watermarked file with all file types and a transparent copy. If you want more than one design you will have to pay an additional fee. You have 1 week to provide feedback and request any changes you want to be made. Once a final change request is made I will not go back to make any changes.
  • Logo Modifications
    PLEASE BE CERTAIN ABOUT YOUR CONCEPT/LOGO DESIGN UPON YOUR INITIAL REQUEST!! Logos/watermarks can be time-consuming! If you submit an entirely new concept/design after your initial request has been started or completed you will be charged for a NEW logo/wm design. I will provide you with 2-3 samples to choose from based on your initial request. You have 1 week to provide feedback and request any changes you may want made. Changes may include, colors, size, font style, and placement. Any MAJOR changes aside from the ones listed above will be considered as a new logo. Once a final design is decided I will not go back to make any changes.
  • Do I have to provide specific requirements or ideas for the logo?
    No it is not required. I welcome any and all ideas you may have in mind for your logo and/or branding. At checkout, we ask this question in case there is something specific you’d like for your logo and/or branding. If there isn’t then you can simply leave the answer to this question blank.
  • What website platforms do you use to build websites?
    I have experience with Squarespace, Wix, Weebly, Wordpress, and more!
  • What information is required for websites?
    Before starting you MUST have a domain and a website platform account and plan. What you need to provide: Account login credentials. Instagram and/or other social media account login credentials (to link widget to website) Logo Files w/ transparent background High quality, professional photos. (Stock photos can be used for an additional fee) Names for page tabs (About, FAQ, Tips, etc) Typed out content for each page, emailed in a Word document. (Mission statement, about, policies, and etc) For E-Commerce websites, please provide product names, imaging, product descriptions, and pricing.
