WEBSITE CHECKLIST
This checklist is a standard list of items we will need in order to complete your website. All information must be submitted PRIOR to us starting your web design. Please note, your business may not require everything listed and that is ok. Please disregard anything that does not pertain to you and/or your business.
All information must be submitted via Google docs, Microsoft word, or organized via dropbox.
Please use titles to label each section to assure everything remains organized.
All text must be typed into the document NO SCREENSHOTS of text are allowed.
All pictures must be sent via email as an attachment for the best resolution, however, please feel free to include photos within your document only as a reference.

Domain & Host
You must purchase your website domain as well as your website builder subscription prior to purchasing web design services. Whether it be Shopify, Square space, Wix, and etc, do your research to see what website builder is best for your business. Please make sure you FULLY set up your account after registering.
Booking Service
Name of Booking service, photos, length of each service, description of each service, the amount charged (Deposit amount if wanted), time in between services, business hours, policies/rules, and instructions.
Example :
Title: Knotless Braids
Length: Long
Length of service: 2 Hours 30 minutes Prep time: 15 minutes
Cost: $300 Deposit : $150
Description: This service includes a wash, blow dry, and styling.

Policies & FAQs
Policies are an important part of the website its important to have policies in place and clearly written to protect you. This includes everything from deposits, late fees, refunds & exchanges, turnaround time, and etc. Please clearly outline all of your policies the way you want them listed on the website.
Frequently Asked Questions provides other important information that customers/clients may be interested in. If you decide to include a frequent asked questions page you're responsible for the questions and answers.
Images
Images make the website!
High-quality images are a must to
to ensure your website looks as professional as possible. If you do not have high-quality images, stock photos can be provided for an additional fee. If you are having trouble getting product shots suitable for your website product photography can be offered as a service. Please send an email to info@thefoxformula.

The name of the product, description of products, amount for each product for inventory, Options ( sizes, color, inches, pattern, ect.), care instructions, ingredients, instructions for use, and any other information you find

Shipping information
Example:
Standard Shipping: $10 (3-5 business days)
Express Shipping: $20 (1-2 business days)

Bio/About-me
If you wish to include a bio or background information about your brand please send your bio along with a photo (optional). Please be sure to proofread your bio, I will not proof read or make any changes. If you are having trouble with creating an "about me/ behind the brand" take a look at other brands and or people who are in the same professional field as you to get ideas. We do not create bios.
PLEASE READ
As stated before your website cannot be started until everything needed is received. It is crucial that everything is labeled as you go to ensure everything is organized and easy to find. Remember to double-check all documents for spelling and grammatical errors. If you need help with any wording that can be arranged for an additional fee. I look forward to designing your website!
